Yup, those features are now available in the brand new update to the Miso iPhone/iPad app now available in the iTunes app store!
- Comment and Like. Add comments and ”like” any check-in from any user. You’ll get an email anytime someone comments or likes one of your check-ins.
- Favorites. Favorite shows are now visible on your profile. You can see # of check-ins and badges you’ve earned for each show. Touch the green corner and you’ll get a “quick check-in” button so you can check-in to your favorite shows with just one click.
- Invite from Address book. Last but not least, it’s now super easy to invite friends from your address book. Click on “invite” next to any friend’s name and we will automatically send them a short email so they can sign up and join you on Miso.
Honestly, we could gush for hours, but how ’bout you see for yourself in our video:

Hi.
- What’s the benifit of Points when you log shows into miso?
- can there be badges for when you log into the same shows multiple times?
- can there be badges for watching tv shows on DVD? For example hashtagging DVD in comment?
Thanks for your questions!
- Points will soon be used on Leaderboards that we are building for each show page. You can also see your point total on your profile at http://gomiso.com
- Yes you can earn different badges for the same show. For example we have 5 Leverage badges and you earn them all for checking in to Leverage, they all require different number of check-ins so
- You can earn badges for both movies and TV shows that you watch, no matter when and where you watch them, whether live, or on a Tivo, or on a DVD. Just check in!
When will the Android app be ready?
Very soon! In fact, you may not want to blink ;)
We will announce it here when it’s available for download!

Are you planning on porting the favorites page from the iPhone app to the website eventually? I’d like to have both my recently watched shows and all-time favorites displayed on my “profile”
